Echo from GB3MBA thoughts on what it shows appreciated "meteor fragmentation or a meteor passing through different layers of ionisation within the ionosphere maybe ?"

This looks to be a good example of an epsilon reflection. The meteor has left a vertical ionised trail which has been swept HF, +ve Doppler and LF, -ve Doppler by wind shear in the ionosphere.

Epsilon reflection is not a term I have heard before, however the following link gives and explanation:
