I can recommend Meteor Science and Engineering by D. W. R. McKinley, McGraw-Hill Book Company Inc. 1961.
The inside jacket says:
"This new book summarizes the major observational and theoretical developments in meteor science and embraces the spatial history of meteor particles and the effects they create in the upper atmosphere"...
"The book emphasizes radio techniques, without ignoring the very important contributions from optical research. It also includes a concise and up-to-date study of the practical application of the forward scattering properties to commercial and military communications systems, never before available in a book of this sort".
