Thanks again, Kees,
I'll click on the links and have a read through.
I do have a few SDRs, an SDR-IQ, a Perseus, which are HF only, and an RTL Dongle and NooElec Ham It Up, but not enough USB ports...

Re: Spectrum Lab Conditional Actions V8
Thanks for the link, I downloaded the ZIP file and looked at the 'readme' files and it says "These files are intended for the operation of Spectrum Lab with an RTL-SDR dongle" but I'm trying to use SpectrumLab with my radio and sampling the audio output from the radio, not through a RTL-SD...

Re: Spectrum Lab Conditional Actions V8
I came across this webside with a very good explanation how Spectrum Lab could be used to observe meteor-scatter. Although the script is made to receive the reflections from the GRAVES beacon, you can find some nice details about Spectrum Lab itself. Kees. Hi Kees, I think you may not have included...

Re: Spectrum Lab Software
I've been climbing the SpectrumLabs learning curve for setting up a filter to notch out the main carrier from GB3MBA and attached is a screenshot of how far I've got up to now. I've figured out how to set some of the parameters, and figured out how to put the filter in line and switch it on/off. I'm...

Re: Spectrum Lab Software
I've attached a screen shot showing the audio strength and some aircraft scatter as well. The sintilation on the audio is very pronounced as several scattered signals converge on the main signal. I'm now not sure it was aircraft scatter, as there seems to be some sort of reflection even when there'...

Re: CW Ident timing
Hello Dave. The CW is generated by PIC using it's internal oscillator it was not intended as a precision timing system but merely to meet the OFCOM requirement that it identify. Thanks for the reply, Brian, Unfortunately, when people read that it's sending an ident every 10 minutes they might, like...

Re: Spectrum Lab Software
Hi, I'm using SpectrumLab as well, but am only 14kM away from the new location, so I guess spotting MS pings is going to be a challenge as the signal is, not surprisingly, very strong here. I've attached a screen shot showing the audio strength and some aircraft scatter as well. The sintilation on t...

Re: CW Ident timing
I've done a few more timings using a stopwatch, and the ident seems to occur every 10 minutes 32 seconds after the start of the previous ident.
